The purpose of this specification is to specify the technical characteristics of the materials used in the production of micro-laminated doors manufactured within the company and to commit to producing under these conditions.
Door components:
-
In the door construction, the inner frame is made of solid material:
-
- It is made from specially dried coniferous wood at an ideal moisture level of 12%.
- After removing the knots, it is joined using a finger-joint system, eliminating the warping of the material and increasing its strength resistance.
- The frame cross-section is 30*42 mm.
- Air circulation channels of size 6*3 mm are opened inside our frames.
- Double-sided lock reinforcement frames will be placed where the lock cavity will be opened.
-
- A resin-based kraft paper (honeycomb filler) with TSEK certification and a strength of 1.1 kg/cm2 is used inside the inner frame material.
- A 6 mm MDF board covered with 0.20 mm laminate (CPL) is pressed on both sides of the wing. In these processes, glue that meets human health standards (harmless) is used. (Laminate applications in different thicknesses can be made upon request.)
- The lock cavity is opened for a 45 mm oval lock. Hinge slots and lock counterparts are opened upon special request.
- Additionally, for glass doors, solid frames are placed in the areas where glass openings will be made in the middle of the wing during the carcass formation phase.
- A 1 mm thick PVC edge band is used on the wings edges. Aluminum strips are used upon request.
- The door wing is produced with a pommel (without lamp) detail.
- The thickness of the casing will be a construction casing with a total of 36 mm (18 mm MDF + 18 mm MDF).
- The casings will be produced with mounting channels suitable for adjustable casing use, including a channel for the seal and a lamp opening.
- The surfaces of the casings will be wrapped in laminate (0.20 mm CPL) using polyurethane glue.
- The joints of the casing heads will be cut at a 45-degree angle, and a slot will be opened for the casing assembly screw.
- A groove will be opened in the casing lamp for the purpose of sound and heat insulation.
- The side casings in the (L) detail will be 12 mm thick and 8 cm wide. The upper casings will be 8 mm thick and 80 mm wide.
- The surfaces of the casings will be wrapped in laminate (0.20 mm CPL) using polyurethane glue.
- They will be produced from MDF, suitable for the detail of the adjustable casing.
